Peak Periods 2025
- We require minimum stays at certain times and over long weekends.
- Families who have visited us for the past 5 years are given preference on bookings.
- Family interleading rooms are let at a minimum rate during the peak periods & school holidays.
- No group bookings for Operators over Peak Periods, school holidays and midterm breaks are permitted.
20 – 24 February Midterm Break
Minimum stay of 3 nights over the midterm break. Bookings open on the 1st March 2024 but all details should be with us by the 15th February when we begin working on the reservations.
20 – 23 March Human Right’s Day
Minimum stay of 3 nights. Bookings open on the 1st September but all details should be with us by the 15th August when we begin working on the reservations.
17 – 22 April Easter Weekend
Minimum stay of 5 nights over the Easter weekend. Bookings open on the 1st September but all details should be with us by the 15th August when we begin working on the reservations.
17 May – 4 May School Holidays
Bookings open on the 1st September but all details should be with us by 15 August
25 April – 4 May Freedom Day & May Day
Minimum stay of 3 nights. Bookings open on the 1st September but all details should be with us by the 15th August when we begin working on the reservations.
13 – 16 June – Youth Day
Minimum stay of 3 nights. Bookings open on the 1st September but all details should be with us by the 15th August when we begin working on the reservations.
27 June – 20 July School Holidays
Minimum Stay: 2 Nights. Bookings open on the 1st September but all details should be with us before the 15th August when we begin working on the reservations.
9 August Women’s Day Long Weekend
Minimum stay 2 nights. Bookings open on the 1st September but all details should be with us by the 15th August when we begin working on the reservations.
24 September Heritage Day Long Weekend
Minimum stay of 2 nights. Bookings open on the 1st September but all details should be with us before the 15th August when we begin working on the reservations.
16 – 18 October Midterm Break
Minimum stay of 3 nights over the midterm break. Bookings open on the 1st November but all details should be with us by the 25th October when we begin working on the reservations.
15 December 2025 – 10 January 2026
Bookings open on the 1st March 2025 but all details should be with us before the 15th February when we begin working on the bookings – a minimum stay of 7 nights applies over Christmas OR New Year.
