AA Accommodation and Tourism Grading
Getting a 3 star grading is not easy. The are two benefits for you. You should feel comfortable knowing that we have accepted the challenge of delivering against very exacting product and service standards.

We have won the AA Awards competition in 2002, 2003, 2004 in the category best “Family Resort” in South Africa. We have also been placed in the AA Hall of Fame for 2005 and 2006. The results are based on actual guest feedback that is then validated by an AA Awards “mystery shopper”. We have also won the Tourism KwaZulu-Natal Hotel of the Year in 2005, 2007 and 2008. This award is based on feedback from consumers and visits by various tourism judges.
In addition we have our own guest feedback reports which are monitored daily and the results are available to you.
