Service Levels

The reservations team at The Cavern aims to respond to e-mail enquiries within 4 hours, and to answer all telephone calls in 5 rings.

However due to the unreliable nature of e-mail and phone lines please try an alternate contact method if you do not receive an e-mail reply in 4 hours, or if the phone is not answered promptly.

This is Africa. Very occasionally we have no means of communication (no cellphone, internet or phone lines). The problem will be sorted out but it can take a couple of days!!

Rates 2012

Tariff (Subject to alteration without notice) Valid until 14 Dec 2012

Our tariff includes:

Accommodation in attractive thatched lodgings, three meals daily, teas and most activities; access to our exceptional wilderness through guided walks; evening entertainment; communal TV lounges (SABC & M-Net) & picnic lunches when requested.
