FRIDAY
2.00PM - Book into The Cavern

2.30PM SHARP
- 2 HOUR LECTURE AND PRACTICAL ON "HOW YOUR CAMERA WORKS"
- Meet your Presenters Norma & Derek Pearman in the Lenzansi Room.
- Know your equipment? Bring it along. Let us assist you with your photographic equipment and queries.
- Photographic Course notes will be provided.
- Lecture on Basic Photography and camera settings.
- Assignments will be given to the more advanced photographers.

4.30PM-5.30PM - Weekend Program
- Advanced Techniques
- Visual Show on Composition and Lighting
- Digital and Film will be discussed
- Answer your questions.

6.30PM-8.00PM - DINNER
SATURDAY
Early - Meet at Reception. Check your equipment settings and get into position for the sunrise over the Berg. On all outings please wear suitable shoes for the area. NB: A circular polarizer filter, tripod and release unit would be an advantage on all assignments. If unable to obtain kindly contact us on Cell: 083 274 3781

(Various photographic scenes using lighting and composition with your camera.)
-Darter Dam
-Horse Paddock

-7.30AM-9.00AM - Breakfast
-9.25AM - Meet on lawn outside Reception.
-9.30AM-11.00AM - Indigenous Forest and Bridge Various photographic techniques will be Forest Cascades and Waterfall illustrated

-11.00AM - TEA at the Games Room
-11.30AM-12.30PM - FREE TIME
-12.30PM-2.00PM - LUNCH
-2.45PM - Meet on the lawn outside Reception.
-3.00PM - Practical using Advanced Techniques.
-3.45PM - Return to The Cavern
-4.00PM - TEA TIME
-FREE TIME
-6.30PM-8.00PM - DINNER

-SUNDAY
-EARLY - Meet in your vehicle at exit gate next to the parking area.
-EARLY - Depart in your car to the Amphitheatre and River scene area (8KM) to photograph the sunrise.
-Approx. 6.00AM - Farm and river scenes on return to the Caverns.
-7.30AM-9.00AM - BREAKFAST
-9.00AM -9.30AM - Vacate rooms

- 9.30AM-11.00AM
* The use of filters
* Macro Photography of flowers and insects.
* Anything else we can assist with photographically.
* Final questions

11.00AM - TEA TIME

SUGGESTED LIST OF PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT

Camera: 35mm or Digital. Any make of camera is welcome, bring your instruction book.
Lenses: Anything you have especially wide angle lenses.
Tripod: Will help steady your equipment especially in the early light and at the waterfall.
Remote release: Good for slow speed photography
Filters: If you have one a Polarizer filter would be great.
Film or Memory Card: There are many subjects to photograph so please bring enough. Most people in the past have taken over 100 pictures.
Batteries: Extra batteries for your camera are essential.
External Flash: Excellent for special macro work if you have one.
