• Tariff includes all meals, teas and the bowling tournament with great prizes
• Each night after dinner join other guests for the evening entertainment such as an informative slide show, a fun game of tens and an evening of music with the Cavern Choir
• There is a small surcharge for people requesting single accommodation

Monday

• Arrive for lunch, served between 12H30 and 14H00
• 13H30 Check-in to rooms
• 14H00 Meet in the Games Room to finalise teams for the tournament, if not done so already
